Product Specification
MTS 4 and MTS4B series are digital analog hybrid signal temperature sensing chip, the maximum temperature measurement accuracy is ± 0.1℃, users do not need to calibrate. The temperature sensing principle of temperature chip is based on the characteristics of CMOS semiconductor PN node temperature and band gap voltage, after small signal amplification, digital conversion, digital-to-digital calibration compensation, digital bus output, has the advantages of high precision, one, good performance, fast temperature measurement, low power consumption, flexible programmable configuration, long life and so on.
The chip is built in 16-bit ADC, resolution 0.004°C, with an ultra-wide working range of-103° C to + 153°C. The chip is calibrated 100% before leaving the factory, the calibration coefficient is fitted according to the temperature error characteristics, and the compensation is automatically calculated inside the chip. The chip supports digital I2C communication interface, temperature measurement data memory access, function configuration can be realized through digital protocol instructions. The I2C interface is suitable for high-speed board-level application scenarios, with a maximum interface speed of 2 MHz.
The chip built-in non-volatile E 2PROM memory unit is used to save the chip ID number, high and low temperature alarm threshold, temperature calibration correction value and user custom information, such as sensor node number, location information, etc.
