Product Specification
M601B, M1601B, M1820B series are sensitive source sensing digital analog hybrid signal temperature sensing chip, the maximum temperature measurement accuracy of 0°C to 50°C range ± 0.5℃, the user does not need to calibrate.
The temperature sensing principle of temperature chip is based on the characteristics of CMOS semiconductor PN node temperature and band gap voltage. After small signal amplification, analog-to-digital conversion, digital calibration compensation, the digital bus output has the advantages of high precision, one, good performance, fast temperature measurement, low power consumption, flexible programmable configuration, long life and so on.
The temperature chip is built in 16-bit ADC with a resolution of 0.004°C, with an ultra-wide operating range of-70°C to + 150°. The chip has a unique 64-bit ID serial number, which is 100% tested and calibrbefore leaving the factory. The calibration coefficient is fitted according to the temperature error characteristics, and the compensation is automatically calculated inside the chip. In order to simplify the system application, the chip ID search, memory access of temperature measurement data, function configuration are based on the digital single bus protocol instructions, the upper computer microprocessor only needs a GPIO port to read and write access. The single bus communication interface realizes the low formation of multi-node sensing acquisition and networking by sharing a data bus. In this scheme, with long transmission distance and many supporting nodes, it is convenient for spatial distributed sensing networking. It can support up to 100 nodes, 100 to 500 meters long temperature measurement nodes in series network.
The chip built-in non-volatile E2PROM memory unit is used to save the chip ID number, high and low temperature alarm threshold, temperature calibration correction value and user custom information, such as sensor node number, location information, etc. M601B Another ALERT alarm indicator pin is convenient for users to extend the hardware alarm applications.
