Product Specification

MTS01B Is a sensitive source sensing high-precision digital analog mixed signal temperature sensor chip, the highest temperature measurement accuracy of 0°C to + 50°C range ± 0.5℃, the user does not need to calibrate.

The temperature sensing principle of temperature chip is based on the characteristics of CMOS semiconductor PN node temperature and band gap voltage. After small signal amplification, analog-to-digital conversion, digital calibration compensation, the digital bus output has the advantages of high precision, one, good performance, fast temperature measurement, low power consumption, flexible programmable configuration, long life and so on.

The temperature chip is built in 16-bit ADC with a resolution of 0.004°C, with an ultra-wide operating range of-70°C to + 150°. The chip is calibrated by 100% test before leaving the factory, and the calibration coefficient is fitted according to the temperature error characteristics, and the compensation is automatically calculated inside the chip. The chip supports digital single bus and I2C dual communication interface: the single bus is suitable for long cable and multi-node distributed sensing application scenarios, and can support up to 100 nodes with 100 to 500 meters long temperature measurement nodes. The chip has a unique 64-bit ID serial number, ID search, memory access of temperature measurement data and function configuration can be realized by digital single bus protocol instructions. The upper microprocessor only needs one GPIO port to read and write access; I2C interface is suitable for high-speed application scenarios, and the maximum interface speed can reach 400 kHz.

The chip built-in non-volatile E 2PROM memory unit is used to save the chip ID number, high and low temperature alarm threshold, temperature calibration correction value and user custom information, such as sensor node number, location information, etc. The chip has another ALERT alarm indicator pin to facilitate the user to expand the hardware alarm application.
