Product Specification

M117, M117Z, M117W and M117B are digital analog hybrid signal temperature sensor chips. The maximum temperature accuracy of M117, M117Z and M117W is ± 0.1℃, and the maximum temperature accuracy of M117B is ± 0.5℃. Users do not need to calibrate.

The temperature sensing principle of temperature chip is based on the characteristics of CMOS semiconductor PN node temperature and band gap voltage. After small signal amplification, analog-to-digital conversion, digital calibration compensation, the digital bus output has the advantages of high precision, one, good performance, fast temperature measurement, low power consumption, flexible programmable configuration, long life and so on.

The temperature chip is built in 16-bit ADC and resolution 0.004°C with an ultra-wide operating range of-70°C to + 150°C. The chip is calibrated 100% before leaving the factory, the calibration coefficient is fitted according to the temperature error characteristics, and the compensation is automatically calculated inside the chip. The chip supports digital I2C communication interface, temperature measurement data memory access, function configuration can be realized through digital protocol instructions. I2C interface is suitable for high-level application scenarios, with the maximum interface speed reaching 400 kHz.

The chip built-in non-volatile E 2PROM memory unit is used to save the chip ID number, high and low temperature alarm threshold, temperature calibration correction value and user custom information, such as sensor node number, location information, etc. The chip has another ALERT alarm indicator pin to facilitate the user to expand the hardware alarm application.
