Product Specification

CT8225 Touch detection IC is a touch chip designed using the capacitor induction principle. This chip built-in voltage regulator circuit for touch sensor use, stable touch effect can be applied in a variety of different applications, human touch panel can be connected through non-conductive insulation materials, mainly used to replace mechanical switches or buttons, this chip can independently support 6 touch keys.

Features:
Operating voltage: 2.5V~5.5V (enable internal regulator circuit)

Built-in voltage stabilizing circuit function

Standby current:

-3V voltage, low-speed sampling rate of 8Hz typical 4.5 uA

Provide 6 direct output independent ports

Six direct output ports can select different output types (CMOS / OD / OC with high / low level effectiveness)

The maximum output time is about 80 Sec

The sensitivity can be adjusted by an external capacitance (1 to 50 pF)

0.5 Sec stabilization time after power

-Do not touch the key panel during this period, all function touches are invalid

Automatic calibration

-When all the keys are not touched for a period of time, the chip system recalibration time is approximately 4.0 Sec
