Product Specification

CT8224C Is a touch IC designed using the capacitive induction principle, this IC built-in voltage regulator circuit for the touch sensor to use, the stable induction mode can be applied to a variety of different electronic products. The panel medium can be a completely extinct material, designed to replace the traditional mechanical structure switch or ordinary button, providing four touch input ports and four direct output ports.

Features:
Operating voltage is 2.4V~5.5V

The internal voltage stabilization circuit function can be selected by the external Option and selected via the REGEN port

It can be selected by the external Option to enable the internal low voltage reset circuit function via the LVREN port.8224C The LVR is turned off by default

Working current:

-@ VDD = 3 V without load: Typical value 4.5 uA Typical value 22 uA in fast mode

-@ VDD = 3 V operating voltage: the fastest response time of KEY is 60ms in fast mode and 160ms in low power mode

Each KEY sensitivity can be adjusted by an external capacitance (1 to 50 pF)

Provide an LPMB port selection for fast mode or low power mode

Provide direct output mode, trigger mode, open leakage output, CMOS high level effective or low level effective output, selected via TOG / OD / AHLB port

Provides the SM port selection for a multi-key or single-key output mode

Provide MOT 1, MOT 0 port selection valid key maximum output time: 120 / 64 / 16 / infinity

After system stabilization time of about 0.5 seconds, do not touch Touch PAD during this period, and the touch function is invalid

With automatic calibration function, the system recalibration period is about 1 second within 8 seconds after power-on. If a key is touched within 8 seconds or no key is touched within 8 seconds, the system recalibration period is switched from 1 second to 4 seconds
