The TuffTemp construction features an aluminum extruded housing and molded nylon endcaps that ensures the instrument will survive the roughest environments.

VersaTuff™ models are designed to accept all thermocouple probes using the standard mini-connector. Cooper-Atkins offers several probes for use in industrial and foodservice.
