Thermocouple’s cool end compensation mode:

Use 4-wires PT100, manufactured by our company, to compensate. Measuring mode of cool end pt100: 4-wires mode. The detecting current changes direction actively to eliminate the contact potential. The real coefficient of PT100 can be input into instrument. compensation accuracy≤0.01℃

Compensation mode and result:

By using our patented thermocouple’s cool end compensation pattern, widely changing temperature(gradient≤0.03℃/S)has no impact on accuracy.

 

Application:

Suitable for situation that requires high accuracy when temperature changes widely

Suitable for long-distance measurement, such as oil well of thousands of meters

Suitable for surface measurement. The line of type T thermocouple can be manufactured as slender as 0.15mm to reduce the impact of heat-conducting mostly and guarantee the measuring accuracy.
