Product Specification

Low Power Consumption Combustible Gas Sensor MQ-D1

Specification:

MQ-D1 type semiconductor combustible gas sensor is mainly used in natural gas, coal gas, LP gas, and smoke etc leak detection, monitoring, alarm and intelligent concentrated gas leakage, using advanced flat production process, from the heater and micro- Al2O3 forming a metal oxide semiconductor material constituting the ceramic substrate , with the electrode wire leads, encapsulated in a metal tube housing, cap . When detecting the presence of gas, the gas concentration in air is higher, the higher the conductivity sensor; Using a simple circuit that can change the conductivity of the gas is converted to an output signal corresponding to the concentration.
