The AccuTuff™ 34035 series with Bell Surface Wrap&Stow™ probe is the right choice when accuracy is your top priority. The heavy-duty patented probe cable is reinforced with Kevlar® and a metal braid that neatly wraps and stows around the instrument.

The Bell Surface probe is best used for taking measurements of any flat surface. Bell self-orients to a surface to give superior contact. Ideal for griddles and platens. 

With any surface measure, a small drop of oil or grease is recommended to aid in heat transfer to the bell sensor.
