Product Specification

The RF298 is a low-cost, highly integrated 2.4-GHz wireless transceiver chip. Works in the 2.400~2.483GHz world Universal ISM band. On-chip integrated transmitter, receiver, frequency integrator, GFSK modem. RF298 transmits GFSK signal, with the maximum transmission power up to 10 dBm, and more than 120 meters in open areas. The standard application is 8 dBm. The receiver adopts a low and medium frequency structure, and the reception sensitivity can reach-86 dBm. The chip highly integrates the peripheral devices into the inside of the chip, integrating the RF front-end matching circuit, 22K resistance, crystal load capacitance, VDD capacitor, etc. At present, the peripheral devices of the chip can only need two capacitances and one crystal vibration.
