Nitrogen oxide sensor is composed of sensor probe and electronic control acquisition, can measure the nitrogen oxides in diesel exhaust (NO and NO2 nitrogen oxides mixture) concentration, nitrogen concentration, widely used in diesel engine SCR (selective catalytic reduction technology) system, NOX closed loop control or on-board diagnosis of gasoline and diesel engine.

Nitrogen oxide conditioning chip MY9706 has the advantages of high integration, fewer peripheral components, 14-bit resolution measurement level, short stability time and high reliability. Moreover, the anti-ESD electrostatic characteristics have been certified by HBM ± 8000V and CDM ± 2000V, and the high temperature lasting aging experiment has been verified.

MY9706 Based on the latest CMOS digital-analog mixing process of integrated circuit, it realizes the functions of measuring drive, sensor probe multichannel electrode voltage, electricity, flow, temperature signal amplification, analog-to-digital conversion, digital compensation processing and so on, communicates with on-board MCU through SPI bus, and is used in various nitrogen oxide processing equipment and monitoring sensing system.
